Whatever your drive is made of

Joints

  • Block Paving
  • Indian Sandstone

Return visit to re-sand once dry.

Solid

  • Tarmac
  • Concrete
  • Resin-Bound

Finished in one visit.

What you get with every single clean

One fixed price, and a drive you'd happily photograph.

Years of Grime, Gone

Oil stains, black lichen, moss and dirt that has been ground in for seasons. Commercial-grade kit, matched to your surface, so your drive comes back looking freshly laid rather than scoured.

We Put Back What We Take Out

Pressure washing strips the jointing sand out of any jointed drive. Cheap operators charge extra to replace it, or leave the joints empty and call it finished. We restore whatever your surface needs, inside the price you were quoted.

Nothing Hidden, Nothing Extra

One price, agreed before we start. We soak and protect your borders, clear up before we go, and we don't leave until you're happy with it. No hidden fees, ever.

How it works

Three stages, from your first message to a finished drive.

  1. 01

    Send a Photo

Use the 60-second form, or send a photo over WhatsApp. We identify the material, work out what it actually needs, and come back with one fixed price.

  2. 02

    Deep Clean & Treat

Pressure matched to your surface, never cranked to maximum. Then a soft-wash treatment that kills the moss and lichen spores instead of shaving the top off them.

  3. 03

    Put It Back Right

Jointed paving gets fresh kiln-dried sand brushed in once it's dry. That locks the blocks and keeps the weeds out. Solid surfaces have nothing to put back, so they finish in one visit.

What Greater Manchester homeowners say

Every review below is from a drive, patio or path we've cleaned locally.

Our block paving had gone completely green after two wet winters and I had honestly written it off as needing replacing. The difference is genuinely hard to believe, and the finish has held up beautifully.

David K., Salford

Block paving driveway

The black lichen on our sandstone had beaten every product I tried from the DIY shop. Their soft-wash treatment lifted it completely without bleaching the stone, and six months on it still looks clean.

Michael T., Eccles

Indian sandstone patio

Two years of oil marks under where I park, gone. Well worth the money and a proper local firm you can actually get hold of.

Gary W., Swinton

Oil-stained concrete driveway

The questions everyone asks before they book

Short, jargon-free explanations of the work that actually keeps a drive clean.

An oil stain on a concrete block driveway beside a degreaser bottle and stiff brush
Petroleum soaks deep into porous paving, so scrubbing the surface rarely works. Here is how eco-friendly cleansers break oil down without bleaching the stone.

Close-up of block paving with empty joints, shifted blocks and weeds growing through
Jointing sand is what holds a block-paved driveway together. Once it washes out, the blocks shift and every open joint becomes a seed bed for weeds.

Pressure washing leaves moss roots behind. Soft washing with a diluted biocide kills the growth instead of trimming it.
